How to Order
We have made the online ordering process as user friendly as possible. Simply browse through our collection of italian charms and click "add to cart" whenever you see an item that you like.

At any time, you can click on "View or Complete Order" to view the contents of your cart or to proceed to the check out and payment section.

If you wish to order by fax or mail, you may do so by downloading our Order Form.

Payment
Secure online payments can be made by either Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. Your credit card information may be entered on our Secure Order form or you may request that we email you an electronic invoice (payable through paymate.com.au) in either Australian or US dollars. Please note that electronic invoices are sent manually so please allow one business day to receive this. Goods are dispatched once the invoice has been paid.

Shipping
All orders are neatly packaged and shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for delivery (most orders are received within 4 business days).

For a limited time, the shipping charges for all orders is only AUD $5.00

Returns & Refunds
We urge all purchasers to choose their items carefully. If for any reason you wish to return your products for a refund or credit, please email within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Cancellations
Orders placed with Alluring Charms are despatched very quickly so if you need to cancel, please contact us straight away. If an order has already been despatched and you feel the need to cancel, you will incur shipping costs for return.
